The boxes went right through her, and Kitty turned just in time to at least catch a glimpse of the stranger's silhouette. She blinked a few times to see it and the energy surrounding it more clearly, and moved in from the back as Kurt blocked the door. She knew this would be tricky, but then...things like this usually were.
"Please, just hear us out." Kitty tried again, staying where she was as to not impose on the girl's space and freak her out even more. This whole creepy atmosphere wasn't exactly helping them here. "I understand that you're probably terrified, and I'm really sorry about that. We don't...we don't want that. If you don't like what we have to say, then we'll leave you alone." Kitty let out a faint chuckle. "No pressure."
