"Yeah okay," Nick muttered at the explanation, rolling his eye. The talent was more than Nick had himself, sure, but that didn't mean he didn't think the kid was making up bullshit 90% of the time just to get his way. Fury figured if it was anyone other than Daisy running the team, Alex would have them eating out of the palm of his hand simply by exaggerating his seer abilities. The kid had more power than he knew (or, Nick feared, he did know it. Hell, that was probably why he'd let the kid stay here instead of sending his ass back to New York).
"Real vampires," he answered because he didn't even know what the fuck a Twilight freak was. He launched into a succinct explanation as they approached the church. Nick kept a hand on Alex's shoulder to guide him through the throng of people and past the authorities, flashing his badge to get them through. "Whose in charge?" he barked and got a lot of blank stares. "Mother fuckers," he muttered and pulled out his phone, typing something in then glancing around again with, "Al comando?"
