Hello, Islanders.
As you all saw, Megh has left the game for personal reasons. We are sad to see her go but wish her all the very very best. Friends Adder has been updated accordingly. As I am sure there are some questions, I will address them as best I can, Xi will likely have more to add later, but as I keep getting asked, best to say it here.
First off, this has nothing at all to do with the group of people who recently left the game. Second, there was no drama involved. Megh told me just what she said in her exit post. Characters are being scripted out as per the rules, expect an update on this shortly. We are not currently looking to add a third mod, however this may change. With the current size of the game, it is very manageable between the current mods. We will greatly miss Megh's work and input, and we are ready and willing to add another mod if and when the game warrants it, for whatever reason.
And of course, no, the game is not closing down. We are still active and still have an incredible streak, at least one post a day since February 21st. That is a huge testament to the dedication of our players. Any other questions you have or feel need to be addressed, please post them here or you can IM either mod when they are Online. Please send Megh warm thoughts.
