WEATHER: It is extremely cloudy today, which brings both good news and bad news. The good news? They're not rain clouds. The bad news? You can't tell where the sun is, which has made telling time impossible.
EVENTS: Things are going from bad to worse, though no passengers would know it. There are, however, a few things that members of the staff would know - or would be able to find out.
At six AM, all members of security (including Ronnie!) were called in for an emergency briefing. There have been more disappearances. Most of them are crew, and a few staff - among them, three members of security. Everyone is to be on high alert, because there is no 'natural' explanation for this. Another search of the ship takes place, but nothing turns up. As with all the other disappearances, they had to have gone overboard - the only question is how and why. People don't just disappear, right?
Surprisingly, all the performance staff (Res, Keane, CJ, Leah, and Zoe) could have a chance at discovering something today. Among the disappearances is the cruise director, Nina R. Brown. Nina is (was?) in charge of most of the staff, but hardly anyone ever spoke to her directly, and had managers instead. The exception to this is the performance staff, as Nina was the events coordinator. If anyone had tried to get in contact with her yesterday, they would have been unsuccessful. Today, if they ask around, the crew will tell them that she has gone missing - and instruct them to keep this information to themselves.
Leto is a character to watch, as she'll be having a surprising visit later in the morning - which may just be giving her more information than she ever wanted.
And now for the weird shit. Exactly like Chelsea, Brodie, Molly, and Emily will wake up to find the injuries they suffered on New Year's Eve have healed completely. There are still a few stray bruises and scrapes, but all broken bones have healed completely. Once again, doctors will have no medical explanation for how this is possible. Welcome to the miracle club.
