Savannah smiled at her and nodded. "Alright, then."
And if it seemed she was about to share, Eve was wrong. Savannah remained silent, eyes drifting away and out over the ocean.
After a long moment of thought, Savannah glanced at her sideways, looking surprised that Eve had not abandoned her yet. It wasn't that she wanted to be abandoned...she just wasn't sure if she would stick around, if it were her.
"I don't think I'm...ready...to talk. Not about that." Anything else though? That was fair game.
