She really was helping him think of something else. Really was, and Iosef was very thankful for that, even if only a little part of him (the part that was himself, apparently) wanted to just pull her to him and be done with it. He didn't do that; the mood wasn't right, and neither was he. Not yet, anyway. Iosef still looked, ogled, even. After all he was pretty sure she knew what she was doing.
"You know, I think welding is more likely to come in handy one day. So, good for you." He also thought a chick welding might be the best thing ever, but he didn't want to 'fanboy' her so completely, so he kept his mouth shut about it. Compared to her, Iosef was an useless jackass. She knew how to breathe fire, weld, and god knew what else. Iosef...knew how to roll a joint very fast and not much else. At least not much else that was incredibly cool.
He thought briefly that if coolness was contagious, he might be catching it right now, and laughed. What a stupid thing to think.
