Who: Lilo, OTA (and multiple threads!)

When: Late morning
Lilo skipped down the hall, so full of energy and glee that had she not been so short she would be at risk of slapping her head on the ceiling. As she passed a security patrol she waved cheerfully and offered them candy. Her candy box was full of candy again! It was like a Horror Cruise miracle and was, of course, responsible for her joyful tour through the halls.
Her hair was back in pigtails, held there by glittery orange hair ties, an assortment of matching hair clips keeping her bangs back. She was wearing a yellow spaghetti-strapped sundress with a gigantic ribbon of an offset color on the side, and under is a pair of sky blue cotton pants which clung to her thighs and fanned form her knees. Instead of her usual bauble jewelry she had dangling rhinestone earrings and a matching necklace, and on her wrists she wore black and white stripped arm warmers that reached her elbows. She was barefoot, but in addition to her necklace she had her clear and sparkling high-heels, which had miraculously been repaired of their marks and gouges, missing stones, and the broken toe-strap, and which she was keeping for good luck as she searched for a new room. She was hoping that she could get one close to a lot of people, just to make it easier for the security and to be safer for everybody else.
"Hellooooo in there," she called, opening another door and finding it empty, sighing a little. They were all nice, of course, but she did love her room. Maybe she'd be able to move lots of pillows and things from there anyway and make the new room just as nice, albeit without the gold bathroom.
