I've been at work in my auction house, and since we're probably due to leave soon, I thought I'd open my stores for anyone who wants to own a historical, multi-million dollar weapon or artifact.

I can't take it all with me.

So yes, I suppose he was bound to something. Then there is a further ritual--supposedly--where one can actually destroy the Sheut once it is so bound.

I don't know if that would have worked with Khonshu, but say if your or my sheut were so bound, it could be so destroyed by a strong enough mage.

I mostly know that from stories told amongst higher tier members of my Order than I am initiate of.

	That makes sense. Khonshu never really explained things to me until I needed to know. But I do know that once the sheut was broken, Khonshu was released, not killed. I don't remember asking you this before, but if I did then sorry... which god do you serve? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I guess it's not an essential fact but there is power in knowledge. Gods will hold onto both if they can. I didn't answer before. Perhaps I also covet my secrecy, but it seems a little silly here. My order serves Set. Though less directly than you do Khonshu. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I doubt any outside of perhaps Thoth truly would, and I wouldn't think asking would end well. It is less shame, more caution? Set governs chaos, storms, murder also the desert. You can understand why his cult operates under demands of secrecy. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I imagine Osiris would not his brother in that group. But I am unaware of Set having a true avatar in my world, and Khonshu does. Much like that. It is brutal business but as necessary as more palatable divine domains. You are thinking Anubis. Set's animal is not naturally occuring in the wild. In my world, there was a whole cult around Ammit, where the leader, this guy named Arthur Harrow, would judge people before they even had a chance to do anything 'bad', and if you didn't make the grade your soul was consumed. It was a creepy set up.

I think I remember seeing a picture of him. ~~The face reminds me a little of the cartoon character of Arthur. Is that offensive to say? Are you going to smite me for~~ If you don't mind me asking, how did you get involved?
