I have found out that these rooms are unbreak-in-able unless it's the one assigned to you. So I think you have to actually invite people over or bring them with you. It's weird.

We need supplies. She can get us in there without having to go outside. You can go to punch things and I can go to grab stuff quickly and quietly. I don't see the problem here.
