	Sam tried to make it as fast as he could. He was actually surprised to come into the restaurant and see his brother there first. He held his gift, nicely wrapped under his arm. Dean beamed at Sam. He sometimes forgot how big his little brother was. Dean could still remember him as a baby, holding him and wondering at something so small and so breakable. He'd vowed to watch over him. Sam was turning out to be a far better man than his older brother.

"Nah, I just got here." He slid his gift for Sammy off of his lap and into his brother's hands. "Merry late Christmas."

"Merry late Christmas," he said, handing Dean his gift, which was a large rainbow slinkie and a pair of Batman boxer shorts. It was sometimes easy and sometimes hard to shop for his older brother. He was like a little kid, but that's what everyone, including himself, liked about him.

He first ordered a butterbeer from the waiter, then opened his gift. "I'm glad we could meet up. I kinda wanted to ask you something, though it seems weird."

"Thought you'd like those." He chuckled at the books, glad to have something to read, and grinned at the picture. He held it up and pointed at his brother in the photo. "This might be the only time you're taller than me."

Laughs and chuckles aside, Sam got right to business. "I'm just wondering, but if your girlfriend said 'We need to talk,' is that a bad thing?"

"Ow!" He laughed and rolled his eyes. "Har har. Not my fault your growth spurt stopped and mine kept going. Maybe you should be drinking milk instead of butterbeer."

He scratched the back of his head. He wasn't sure how much he could tell, but it was his brother. He was sure he wouldn't tell anyone. "Um... my boy-boyfriend said that to me and... yeah." He looked down then and sighed.

Natasha leaned back against the building. It was a busy day and she was on her break. She was asked to work for a few hours longer and her mother agreed for her (she was speechless at the time so her mother took advantage of it). Still, she convinced herself that she could use the money. She also thought that she could grab some sweets from Honeydukes and bring them to meet up with Clint later.

Hugging the jacket to her cold body, Natasha closed her eyes and sighed. She hated dealing with a lot of the older, pureblood men. She always felt dirty after dealing with them and how 'friendly' they pretended to be. She needed to be out in the cold just to ease her mind. At least with her spelled blonde hair, she didn't think she'd be easily noticeable.

Clint walked into the place with a frown. So this was where people saw his girlfriend go? She was working at a garden restaurant, how was that bad again?

It didnt matter. He was going to surprise his new girlfriend with the small gift he had for her and wait her work out until she could come. Maybe he'd get a table. Clint started up towards the front to ask for a seat in whatever area Natasha was serving.

Natasha noticed Clint and cursed under breath. Of all the people to come in, it had to be him. Knowing the secrets of the restaurant, she had a few people she wanted to prevent from eating there and Clint was on the top of that list. Besides, she didn't want him to see just how she acted with the older men just for nice tips.

She followed him in, then grabbed his wrist to pull him out. "The hell are you doing here?" she hissed, glaring at him. She had to get him out before anyone saw him, especially her mother. "How the hell did you know where I worked?"

Woah! that was one very angry hostle girl yanking him from the restaurant. Just when he was looking at the menu. He pulled his wrist out from her grip and glared back.

"Geeze Tasha, I was trying to surprise you. You know, show up and be a supportive boyfriend. One of the slytherin girls said she saw you coming here. I thought I'd grab a bite and wait until you got off. What's your problem?"

"Don't eat here!" were the first words right out of her mouth. She couldn't stop herself. Sighing, she shook her head. "You are being supportive and please, don't think of me as ungrateful, but you shouldn't be here. Please, wait for me at the Three Broomsticks or Honeyduke's or something. Anywhere but here."

Her eyes darted around and she grew worried. She didn't see her mother around and that wasn't a good sign. She just hoped she was in the kitchen.

"I will. Later tonight, right?" she asked, giving him a small smile. She was just about to say more when an older woman with blonde hair pinched her ear, digging her nail into the cartilage, and tugged her back.

"Natalia! What are you doing? Are you being a good hostess?" the woman asked. Her voice was low, her Russian accent thick. Her thin lips were drawn tight.

"Da! Da! I am! I am!" she hissed, wincing as she stood upright. "He was just about to leave. I was going to see him off."

The woman muttered something in Russian and let her go. After pointing towards the back, the woman then left. Natasha looked back at Clint and shook her head, sighing.

"Come on, I'll walk you out. She wants to see me in the alley anyway, so I need to head out for a moment."

	Clint lips thinned as he saw the older woman pinching his girlfriend's ear. So that must be Natasha's mother. He could see why the girl didn't like her. Clint nodded as he moved to follow her. Brittany knew of her reputation and had absolutely no problem with it. She had slept with a solid chunk of the male population at school, and nearly as many girls. She had earned whatever it was other people said about her.

And yet… there were still some things that a girl didn't get delivered directly to school. That's what plain brown boxes, and the post office were for.

So, Brittany found herself waiting in one of the longest lines she could remember being in, since her last trip to Disneyland, wriggling in spot, in anticipation.

Hogsmede trips were always so much fun. They involved treats, and new books, but best of all they meant receiving her parent's packages that they'd sent by muggle mail. No matter how much she tried to convince her mother, the woman refused to think that the pet owl her daughter loved was anything but feral. Which meant that once a month, she got the packages here.

Deciding to head there first, Trista stepped into line behind the wiggling blonde and smiled. "Eager for your package too?"

Britt had been so deep in thought, that she hadn't even noticed the girl behind her. She gave a little jump, startled, but smiled when she caught sight of the blue hair.

"Oh hey, Trista! Yeah, I am. You getting something?"

Brittany had always been a little jealous of Trista's hair. She had used Muggle hair dye to make her own pink once, but she just didn't have enough focus for spelling it.
