Life is for the livin', the forgiven, and for leaving town alive
Who: Rogue OTA
What: Heading out to who knows where
When: Tuesday morning
Where: The mansion to start.
Rating: TBD
Rogue was dead serious when she said she wouldn't stay there if Erik was at the mansion in any capacity. After the conversation with Ororo in Erik's public journal entry, she'd marched herself right down to Ro's office and freely told her how she felt about it. Yes, they'd had a very temporary alliance during the Alkali Lake mission, but he'd left them to fend for themselves in the end. Then there was the little matter of Alcatraz Island. And still, Ororo had him there.
The discussion turned into a flat out argument when Ororo said it was what Charles would have done to help Lorna, and Rogue, rather acidly, reminded her that she was not the professor.
Despite knowing her words had been harsh, Rogue still felt she was right and was not about to back down. She threatened to leave, and so leave she would. There was nothing here for her right now anyway. No one knew how to deal with her, most people were simply avoiding her. And every time she got pissed off, which happened to be more often than not, she was putting people at risk. There was no need to stay, but she wouldn't leave town entirely. She had the feeling that, with Magneto around, they were going to need her help at some point.
Right now, Rogue was on her way down to the garage to warm her car up. She had an appointment to go look at an apartment and didn't want to be late.
