The gymnasium had been set up with chairs and tables around the edges and the whole center of the room for dancing. Decorations of light blues and dark blues were everywhere, punch and refreshments along one end of the dance floor and chaperons around strategically to watch for too much touchy feely dancing. As the students began to arrive, the music started playing, a grand mixture of old favorites, a few group dance songs mixed in with music of today both slow and fast. Each student was greeted at the door by the photographer and once they accepted or declined the offer for pictures, they were let into the gymnasium for the festivities.
