Getting woken up at 6am.
Agreeing to make chocolate chip pancakes from scratch. On a hotplate.
"Volunteering" to provide a blowjob for dessert.
Drinking wine by 9am.

Also, chocolate chip pancakes already count as dessert. No one deserves double-dessert at 6:45 in the morning. Fuck y'all.

Ah, I see. So, it was not like this was a man that has... Singled you out before.

It is not like that, correct.

Have you had to deal with that often? That is to say, have you not ever been owned?

I have never been owned. Claimed, yes. For the past two years.

So no, not often.

My mistake on the nuance. If you do not mind if I may ask, but what caused for you to no longer be owned claimed after so long?

I am very sorry to hear that, Miss Tanner. If you are truly interested in filling my TA position effective next semester, I would like to conduct a second interview. They would be just a few questions over dinner. Things such as what you would like to gain from the position and you would feel comfortable taking on.

So the first interview was scheduled for me, but the second interview is up to me to schedule?

I would hope all I requested to see for an interview would perceive it as an opportunity. What is that expression about gift horses? I can not remember it right. Yes, though. If you do not have an interest to be my TA after our first meeting than you may decline the second. I do not want anyone begrudgingly working under me.

Do not feed gift horses sugar cubes, because they may follow you home.

What if the second interview is begrudging only because I'm a stubborn brat?

For one thing that I am certain, that was not the saying about gift horses I was thinking of but now that is added to my growing list of American euphemisms.

Then at least half the battle is won because you are well aware of your detrimental habits. That and I promise you will enjoy yourself at that the very least to a fine dinner.
