Thomas felt a little like a chauffeur, but at least they were at the point of looking for property to open their new charity. It meant they actually had the funding to do so, which was amazing. He pulled up at the curb of the next place on their tour of the city and he let Isaiah and Galina out of the car as well. "This one doesn't have an agent available so they just gave me the key to it," he said with a shrug, heading towards the door to unlock it.

"Is this number three or four, I've lost count?" Galina asked Isaiah.

"Oh he sounds charming," Isaiah said dryly. He looked up when he heard Thomas' voice, chuckling at his words.

He was a bit unsure of how to approach Galina, since even before his teens, Isaiah wasn't a casual touch sort of person. But he was trying to conquer his fear of touching anyone that wasn't related to him, so he approached the desk and helped Galina down. He didn't immediately burst into flames (sometimes he was a wee bit dramatic), so he counted that as a victory. "Let's go see the dope staff kitchen, hmm?"

Galina smiled and fell into step beside Isaiah, watching him as they walked into the back. He was such a sweet person, really, at least as far as she knew him. She respected that about him.

Thomas was standing in the staff kitchen, which was indeed large and well appointed. "I think it's the best one yet," Thomas said, sounding pleased.

"If we had people staying here, this is great. We could cook for them easily." Galina knew that cooking for lots of people took space and equipment.

	"Jesse could probably help with that, he loves cooking," Isaiah told them. "O hope at least some of them like Cajun food." He leaned against the door frame, taking it all in. "Oh man, it's so good," Isaiah told her, animating more now that they were on a subject that didn't make him feel slightly ill at times. "It's like...spicy and hearty, and there's more smoked, or grilled, or fried meat than you can shake a stick at. And then there's dessert. Which is practically required. You could probably come to our house for dinner sometime, Jesse loves to cook and he always makes enough to feed the neighborhood." The invite slipped out before he could stop himself, but he didn't take it back. It'd be fine. He was pretty sure.

	Galina's eyes widened in surprise, but it was pleasant surprise. "Oh! Oh, I- I would love that," she said, grinning widely. "I mean, if that's okay. It sounds delicious." (Reply to this) (Parent)
