WHAT: Wedding Reception!
WHEN: Backdated to October 31st because I suck non-literal balls.
WHERE: A reception area at Central Park Zoo

It was everything she had dreamed of and more. After the initial panic about everything going wrong for the wedding, Rose's mother had stepped in and everything had been perfect. The flowers were perfect, the new photographer was a delight, the musicians were wonderful. Now as long as the food went perfectly, they could count it as an absolute success.

The ceremony had taken place near the seals, exactly like Aislinn had requested. For a selkie, it was a close to being with her own kind in the sea as she was going to get for a long time. Her cow-workers from the zoo had attended and made sure the area was set up and everything went according to plan. Ceana had stood beside Aislinn and Victor had stood beside Rose, and they exchanged vows and rings. She was someone's wife and that was all a selkie could ask for.

Now clad in her reception dress, she swanned over to her new bride with a delighted grin on her face. "Hello, wife!" she said cheerfully.

	Kat had just given him a look but Rose beamed as she danced with her father. She knew what he meant and she turned to him with a warm smile. "I know dad. Thank you." So many others wouldn't get this chance, would be shunned by their parents. Rose knew she was very lucky indeed. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Robert continued to twirl her around the dance floor until the end of the song and then he kissed her cheek. With a rare show of emotion he said, "I'm so proud to be your father." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Robert sniffed a little, not really able to keep from crying himself, and he reached out to brush another tear away. "Needed to be said. Sarah would be so proud too. You look beautiful in her dress." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Laughing she hugged her father. "I love you dad." Smiling she released him. "I'll go get her before she wants to adopt like fifteen babies." She kissed her father's cheek before making her way back to Aislinn, Victor and Kat. (Reply to this) (Parent)
