WHO: Ate & 4Chan
WHEN: Thursday night
WHERE: A upscale bar in Manhattan
WHAT: They're life ruiners. They ruin people's lives.
WARNINGS: *cries* I don't even know, you guys. tba.
There was a small part of Ate that was somewhat annoyed. She was the goddess of ruin, created to encourage bad behavior and then punish men for it. Yet here was this new guy who sounded like his job was pretty much the same thing. Ate knew she'd fallen far since Greece, but it still seemed majorly unfair for mankind go and replace her.
Well, that was fine. Maybe she'd just show mankind what they'd gotten themselves into. Maybe two were better than one. And, Ate considered, maybe this was like a chance for something she'd never really had before: maybe this 4Chan could be a protege of sorts. Maybe Ate could teach him all the things she'd learned across the centuries. He was New. He didn't have her experiences even if he had all the power now. He hadn't been on the right hand - and inside - of Caesars and serial killers and president-shooting actors. This practically made Ate like a mentor, giving back to the community or whatever!
She didn't really have a plan as she hung around outside the club, not standing in the line of people waiting to get in but just away from it. Ate didn't do plans. Ate was well-known for acting without thinking, just as she encouraged in the people around her. She'd figure it out as she went along. She reached down, fixing the strap on her tall stilettos - making the short goddess a decent height - and pulled her long stolen coat closer around herself. Scanning the street, Ate wondered what this New God would feel like when he appeared. Would it be like another one of her, or something different?
