Here's a word of advice: don't come down with the 'flu. There. Follow that and you're golden.

Sorry I've been so out of it. I'm basically the worst reserve Seeker the league has ever s But my diet's finally something other than soup and Lemsip and I think I can get on a broom again without falling off. Speed drills, anyone?

Jamie and I had dinner with her sister's family the day after the Portree game and the littlest child sneezed on me. I blame her. By which I mean both J and the wee one.

I have some catching up to do, so bring on the drills. Honestly I was already feeling that before, and being knocked on my arse for a fortnight has only made that feeling worse.

Portree's got a match on Friday, We'll have practice on Saturday, so Sunday? Is J working? I know Doctors have freaky schedules. You can have dinner on Scenic Mull and be back in Edinburgh before the dark satanic mills close.

But yeah, it's all good seeker stuff, fast turnaround, good eyes. I hear they really do this in Canada and Texas. They call it "Broomback Rodeo"...
