So what's the proper protocol for housewarming parties? Because I'm pretty sure my flat can fit maybe five people. Six if we count the loo. And I really don't need anything And the dog.

In my experience, if you don't invite the neighbors to a party in your flat, you end up meeting the police that they called to investigate a noise complaint. If you do invite the neighbors there's nobody to call the police at all...
