Good Morning,

I have a proposal that I would like to acquire your approval before proceeding. I have an invention of some import that I would like to test out on the Montrose practice pitch during the Montrose Quidditch Team's practice. The invention is a monitoring system and would by no means interfere with the players, the equipment, or the practice itself, save for the placement of some physical markers on their person; however it does require some rather extensive set-up on my part, so I am hoping that I may have the pleasure of some forward notice of about a week. I would be happy to discuss this further with this group at large if you have a meeting time that may work for the group.
