[Cav, Ellie, and Lorna]
It has come to my attention that my presence on the team may be causing some unintentional tension and problems among my fellow teammates. Internal strife is certainly the last thing I want to be the maker of. I have taken the past several days to think about the best solution to this matter and I think it would be best for everyone involved if Maddie was on the roster for the game against Ballycastle on the twentieth.

I will, of course, be in attendance to cheer and support the team in a full capacity.

What in the bloody fucking hell is happening to this team...

Pip, what brought this on?

I had a discussion with another player and a few things were brought to light. I do not want to make this more complicated or problematic than it already is. I remain committed as ever to this team.

I'm sorry for this. I'm still adjusting to the team dynamic, myself. I'm sure we can think of another solution besides you feeling you need to exclude yourself. But of course, do what you feel you need to do.

Personally, I don't see it as excluding, because I will continue to participate fully, but allowing others to play in an environment when they feel is more comfortable and secure.

But does that still allow you to feel comfortable and secure?

I admit that I was taken aback when I found out about these concerns, but I'll be okay.

If you need anything or want to talk about this in person, just let me know?

I'm sure you've read the exchange between Cav and myself. Honestly, I'm not sure if I'm did the right thing.

Yes I have, and I will tell you that you have done nothing wrong in coming forward. If you're having an issue with a teammate, no matter who it is, it's your right to come forward so it can be dealt with.

On the other side, making a request not to play is not a solution in my opinion. As we are still on a break, and then have a few weeks before the next match for training... this is something that should be dealt with as soon as possible.

I don't think I need to tell you that Quidditch is a game where you have to learn to not be intimidated, even by your teammates. While I've had the benefit of most of Portree welcoming me back to the team, there are plenty of people in the Quidditch world who think that I am too old, out of practice or stealing a spot for another player. This doesn't make me sit out for someone else to be beater instead. I go out there on that pitch to prove to myself that I deserve to be there no matter what anyone else says.

I said this privately to Lorna, but my feelings have not changed.

I had a discussion with another player and a few things were brought to light. I do not want to make this more complicated or problematic than it already is. I remain committed as ever to this team.

I'm going to need more than that, Parkinson. Because YOU don't get to make a decision about your playing time or anyone else's.

I had an encounter with one of my teammates during a bit of extra practice outside of the normal schedule. It was made clear to me that they see my presence as a threat. Takeover, I believe was the accusation. I did try to diffuse the situation, however everything I said only seemed to add fuel to the proverbial fire.

While I understand that seekers are often solo players, I do prefer to have good working relationships, even friendships, with my fellow team members. At this time I worry that I cannot even have that, which would in turn affect the morale and performance of the team.

Well bollocks, Parkinson. Not sure what you expect team leadership to do about it when you've got all these vague so and so's going on.

Who was it?

Sara Scrimgeour

I shouldn't say

Sara Scrimgeour.

Please let hit be noted that I did not come to team leadership because my feelings were hurt. If that were the case, I would have forgiven and forgotten by the time I had gone home for the holidays. This incident happened a week ago and I took time to think it over and see if I could come to a resolution privately.

However, due the fact that we could not even come to a reasonable understanding on how to share the pitch between just the two of us at the same time concerns me. Perhaps asking to take a step back was not the optimal solution, but as far as I can tell the only thing that would make her happy is if I tenured my resignation, which is not something I plan on doing unless team leadership is unhappy with my performance.

I don't really give a fuck if your feelings were hurt or not. Or hers. What I care about is the cohesion of this team. So this is clearly an issue that needs dealt with.

With respect to the way you're coming at it, again, playing decisions aren't up to you.

I understand. If you need anything further from me, I will make myself available. I will be back in the UK by the fourth, but I can come back earlier if need be.

Then I will see you on the fourth. Again, it was never my intention to cause a disruption or problem within the team. It is my first priority.

Good. Then you'll be playing, I'm sure.

Of course that's the coach's decision, ultimately.
