The word on the street is sign-ups are opening in the next couple hours - late PM west coast time, around midnight. Conservative estimates indicate that the server will overload approximately thirty seconds later. (Okay, not really. But we are full of anticipation and pent-up-ness in the IRC channel.)
At any rate, we have less than a month to go, which means it's time to start digging out writing caps, beginning to consider maybe starting to possibly think about plots, and frantically try to organise holiday time at work to make time for the really important stuff, like late night trips to replenish caffeine supplies.

Feel free to post outlines, ideas, character sketches, solicitations of opinions, etc. If there happens to be any adult content, f-lock, lj-cut and warn. I'll assume we're all reasonably mature and possessing of common sense to play friendly. :-)
