[This week's introduction music.]
Greetings and salutations once again, lovely Seattle--it's now eight o' clock and you've just tuned into Warren Connolly's 'Round the Table, the most potent method to distract yourself from that blasted fiend called productivity. Now, as my producer oft tells me, we're syndicated currently in thirty seven cities 'round the country, so wherever you're tuning in now's the time to perk your ears toward the speakers.
There's been quite a firestorm of activities as of late my friends, and as I gaze at the screen of my laptop--don't worry, I've not spilled coffee on the keyboard this time--a slew of unfortunate affairs to mar our otherwise jolly spirits. No good I say! Time to march forth into greener fields, past the den of wolves who've made of Seattle their hunting grounds. So tell me now, dear listeners, of your happiness instead. Whether it's a fine woman upon your arm, the most wondrous onion bagel you've ever brought to your lips, or even a simple book--what's that which has kept your heart light in these dark hours?
Caller, you're on the air.
