PREMISE
The year is 2225, and the world ended almost 150 years ago. Outside, a wasteland of radiation, mutations, chaos, and certain death. But that's okay because the Vault offers a beacon of hope in the darkness. A last bastion of civilization. Welcome to Vault 83!
And why are you here? Well, the short answer is a little miscalculation pulled you from your dimension and timeline and spat you out in this Vault-Tec facility. But that's fine! Our dedicated A.I. is working tirelessly to fix it and soon enough, you'll probably be able to go home. Or you can stayif you like.
Your new temporary home has plenty of aminities. Clean facilities, medical robots technitions, at least 150 years of rations, and all the greatest hits from the 20th century downloaded ito our database.
So sit back, relax, and just enjoy all the wonders Vault 83 has to offer!
