Premise

Starling City was saved; Oliver Queen left to find himself. Central City was saved; only as Barry reversed the worm hole, he miscalculated fractured the wormhole into two and started to pull places and people into Central City. Unable to handle the overload, he moved one of the wormholes to Starling City to accommodate the overflow.


Even as the city’s residents new and old settles into their lives, a new threat looms.
