Everyone faces low points in their life when things are hard. Times when nothing is going right and there's just too much to do. Or times when it just seems like life should have more to it. When you're feeling overwhelmed, or longing for something new, or just unappreciated or misunderstood.
And you make a wish.
And the wish wings out, a tiny weakness in the walls between worlds. Under normal circumstances, it wouldn't mean anything, but there's magic out there now, poking through the cracks and crevices of the multiverse, looking for an opening. It finds you and pulls you into the world of Enchantia, which is slumbering under a curse that only people from other worlds can break.
If you ever want to see your home again, you'll have to go on a quest through this fantasy world. You'll be faced with wonders and perils, and challenge that will test your mettle. But you'll also have the help of others in the same situation. If you work together, you just might overcome the obstacles you face and reach the end of your journey -- and the final test. Welcome to Paradise Island and Resort, Maybe you finally booked that vacation of a lifetime, or maybe you don't have any idea how you got here at all. Either way, you can rest assured you'll have the time of your life. The resort provides every amenity but, if you are of the more adventurous type, feel free to explore the town or the wilder and uninhabited parts of the island.
Home? We wouldn't hear of you leaving. You are our special guest. And why would you really want to? It's Paradise.

We are here to make your stay absolutely memorable. ♦ The Management Almost Paradise is a new pan-fandom game on InsaneJournal that is seeking fun, creative and dedicated players to join us. The game centers around an island that characters are brought to. Upon arrival each character finds themselves a guest at the island's resort. They can remain there, if they choose, or seek housing and employment elsewhere on the island.
