The town of Fairview is a rather normal town. There's a state-funded public university, chain grocery stores, a couple high schools - and a thriving population of people whose personalities are strangely familiar. The girl down the block wants only to become part of a different world. That college student is keeping his profession secret from his father. All of the residents of Fairview have the same personalities as the children's movies you grew up with and are still coming out in theatres today.
