| Welcome to your new home. Set in crime-ridden Dark City Treno, dominated by alcohol, drugs and weapons, this place is constantly immersed in a perpetual state of darkness. Heavy black clouds loom overhead, sometimes bringing rain but never breaking to let in the sun. The city has evolved to match its environment; business is shady, outlooks are bleak, and it is unclear whether there is still light behind the clouds at all. Even the brightest linings offer little hope. In the corner flower shop, full of carnations and spools of cheap ribbon, black market narcotics and hallucinogens change hands. The local pub, complete with Guinness on tap, reserves the back three tables for weapons dealers to do business. Criminals of all types seem drawn to the city, attracted to the dark environment the city offers.
Despite this, there is a murmur of hope amid the murky despair. A rebellion is forming, individuals determined to fight against the masses and bring good and order back into the city. However, the weather has not broken. With the dreary forecast constantly imposing upon the innocent civilians, the fight is predicted to be endless and futile.

Something strange is happening in The City of Sin; people from all different worlds, times, walks of life find themselves stranded in the city with a company by the name of Zenner Corp claiming responsibility. Paid handsomely for their inconvenience at first it might seem like a great vacation. Except it's one you can't leave.... and then there's the matter of those pesky experiments you have no choice but to participate in.

The world is a simple place. It just happens to be filled with the supernatural. Demons, vampires, magic, angels, good, evil. But through it all one thing stays constant. The world is a cosmic game board between Heaven and Hell. Hell has its influence everywhere, guided by Lucifer's hand. Heaven's armies battle Hell's, while most humans are blind to the fact their existence could change with one lost fight. While Hell has it's share of demons and other evils, Heaven has its champions. It's Chosen. The war is on going and woven so deep into the fabrics of life that many of these individuals remain unaware of each other. Many think they are alone, but in reality they are not. Many prefer to work alone but there are situations that won't allow it. Through it all, beings are trying to exist. To live. To rule.
The world continues on. Battles fought. Battles won. Battles lost. Heroes and villains come and go. Life evolves. Though the board can change, the game will forever continue.

Buffy Summers is slaying vampires, the Joker is causing carnage in his crazy wake, the Red Blue Blur is inspiring Metropolis, the Ghostbusters are busting ghosts, Winchesters are hunting demons, witches are hording power, and everyone is fighting to save the world, to end it, or just to get through the day. |
