Do you guys two want to see a movie? I don't know if we will be able to actually go to a movie theater but nowadays you can stream most things.

Teaching my grandparents how to use the computer was probably not my best idea. Had I known they'd be using their e-mail as a Twitter account, I probably would've shrugged and told them I had no idea how to work anything. My grandfather especially enjoys e-mailing me everything about his life. He even asks me where his teeth are and I just don't even know what to tell him half the time. Anyway, to the point - he likes to send me Psychology jokes a lot. Usually they're not that funny, but this one made me smile a little.

Another joke he sent me, kind of made me wonder about our situation. It was something along the lines like "drinking fountain broken - wonder if psych experiment". Probably doesn't help that I just watched Cabin in the Woods and the brain is ripe with conspiracy theories. Nothing end of the world-like, obviously, but ... fuck, man, the shit that happens here.

I feel like, although I've been here a while, I've never officially introduced myself. There is a reason for that, but I'll get into it momentarily. First off, introductions -- Hello, my name is Andrew Hart. Some of you may know me from various clubs around campus or as the voice of the Love Line radio show. Others of you may know me in my more official capacity as the Erote known once as Anteros.

Yes, I'm Greek. Son of Aphrodite and Ares. Brother to Eros. God of requited love, avenger of unrequited love, and just generally a fan of love when it goes both ways. And yet I'm also Andrew Hart, brother of Curt and just generally an easy-going guy.

Many, if not all of you, know my mythical father and brother, and have your opinions on them. I'm certain many of you have at least heard of my mythical mother and have your opinions on her. Some of you might be aware of my brothers' powers, and have your opinions in those as well. What you may not know is my own powers, which might be of interest to some of you.

First off, as the God of requited love, I can make the object of your affections think about you. It might only last a short time, but it'll happen.

Second, as the avenger of unrequited love, if someone you love has wronged you, I can make them feel your pain for a short time.

Third, also because I'm the avenger of unrequited love -- a more romantic Hawkeye, if you will -- if I ever find myself squaring off in a fight against someone who has recently wronged another in a romantic sense I'll kick their ass. Hard. Definitively. And with gusto.

Why am I telling you all this? Why not? Besides, it's possible someone might want to take advantage of one of those abilities, and if that be the case now you know who has them.

I'm Anteros, and I support everyone's right to love and be loved in return.

I have no idea what great god of douchebaggery stupidity you were, but go ahead and buy up all of the useless books on you - on me. Yeah, just tell the cashier to put it on my tab. No problem. Consider it a gift. Waste for waste, because I'm sure you'll absolutely enjoy reading all about yourself and your romantic failures. The newspaper wrapping was a nice touch. Yeah, I saw the articles. Very clever.

For future reference, though, you got my pantheon wrong. Good job, dumbass.
