I'd like to turn to a type of song that people like myself find ourselves subjected to with increasing frequency as time goes on, and that is the college alma mater. You'll find yourself at a reunion of grads, and old undergrads, and eh... somebody will start croaking out one of these things and everyone will gradually join in -- each in his own key, of course -- until the place is just soggy with nostalgia. Well, a typical such song might be called Bright College Days, and might go like this. Bright college days, O carefree days that fly, To thee we sing with our glasses raised on high. Let's drink a toast as each of us recalls Ivy-covered professors in ivy-covered halls. Turn on the spigot, pour the beer and swig it, and gaudeamus igit-ur. Here's to parties we tossed, To the games that we lost, We shall claim that we won them some day. To the girls young and sweet, To the spacious back seat of our beat up Chevrolet.

It's been ages since I've sat down and watched this documentary, but after reviewing my lesson plans it had occurred to me that nothing could better accompany studies of sexuality in literature than a brilliant step into the ancient world of sex - hosted by no other than Terry Jones at that. (And to those of you wondering who Terry Jones is: you have either failed as a person or need to better acquaint yourself with something other than the latest teen heartthrob. Or, to a more depressing degree, you're far too young for this reference - in which case I'd still suggest you learn who he is.)

For both my own amusement and to further your education, I have generously decided to share the Sex & Love portion of the three-part documentary with you.

I don't suggest those squeamish or adverse to topics of sexuality, intercourse or graphic images to watch it (but, goodness, will you be missing out) - all others: enjoy.

Greeks & Egyptians? I'd love for you to watch this and revel in the world we have come from.

It's a bit long, be warned.

So, hi, I guess? My name is Hayden McGrath, I'm new in town. I'm originally from Canada (Edmonton), but I've been wandering around for a few years now. I sort of... came to realise that I think I'm a reincarnate, so I thought I'd come here and see if I could figure out who I was.

I'm also the new assistant groundskeeper on campus. So, uh, stay off my lawn?

I need ... help someone to ... come with me to see Max. I don't need you there.

Just...

I don't

I want a quick reply. And someone to come now. Take too long and I'm ignoring him.

Do you know how to help someone?

For those of you with former life significant others (who have also had the opportunity to meet them in this life) when you met that person, did you know? Like, were there tell-tale sparks, hatred, something that gave it away? Did it matter at all to you?

I'm not sure, but if it's even remotely true Just because someone suggested he might be People ask strangers to coffee all the time, it's not weird and desperate if you do it, Annabelle oh gods, I'm having a conversation with myself, this is ridic
