Peace bringer; being the former goddess of peace definitely has its advantages, namely manipulating the atmosphere insofar that people within a radius of 10 meters feel a little calmer when she is around. Those feelings vanish when people are out of this radius, though. Although not making people feel calm entirely, Dawn is able to smooth down the aggression or emotionality of a person to a more tranquil and maybe also less dangerous degree. For example, when two people are in a heated, aggressive debate and there is a high chance of them getting violent, Dawn is able to smooth the aggression to a less-violent level. There is a little catch, however. People who don't want to be calmed, can't be calmed that easily. To make ths power work, the particular person/persons have to want it- or shouldn't mind being calmed at least. Should a person not agree, the process of smoothing her/his temper down is more straining. Dawn would have to use all her willpower for it and if she does it too often, she has to face circulation problems, such as fainting, even though it's not guaranteed her power even worked on the particular person.
Little dove; the dove of peace is an international symbol of, well, peace. So it is not very surprising that the personification of peace can interact with said symbol. Dawn is able to speak with doves of any kind, not just only with the white ones and this power is permanent. She, however, is not able to block out the voices of them, means that wherever she is, she always hears the nearby doves communicate.
Friends, enemies, frenemies I WANT IT ALL! GIMME! (She's been here for a year, so I guess she already knows some people)
