Saturday 16th May

In both cases they discuss the day care project, but Andy also growls about men - Erik is VERY busy - and Spencer talks about the barbeque.

Actually probably not that daft really because she certainly got his attention. Just thought I'd point that out in case you missed it because I'm PROUD of finishing that book, even prouder than I am of finishing War and Peace. errm, where was I? yes, summarising! Erm ... what can I say? Emma kindly brings him kitty things and he slides her closer to the top of his To Do list.

Sunday 17th May

Then Niles prowls on down and has a good letch while he and Emily compare notes and admire Lola.

Stop immediately if you notice any sudden growth of body hair or your voice getting gruffer. Testosterone OOZES in possibly lethal amounts as Deacon and Niles try to out-alpha each other. They have a LOT in common. Then Elspeth, possibly drawn like a moth to a flame by the pheremones, comes and admires Deacon's vehicles. El seems a bit wistful. My inner-Charlie wants to give her a great big cuddle.

Firstly he meets Lara to whom he introduces himself and with whom he flirts [natch] and they talk music [also natch since this is Lara] and she invites him to perform at Upstairs open mike night. Then Elspeth turns up in a temper and there's NOwhere else to sit but at Niles table and, oh poor El, she wants it SO much but won't give in to it. Luckily Terpsichore guides their feet through the sexual minefield and they part still on good terms. Less happy is Jason who has been watching all the above with a face like a rottweiller sucking lemons. Staring so hard, in fact, that Niles notices and politely asks why. Jason's answer is honest, assertive and if Niles is sensible he'll keep his fly buttoned around Elspeth. Okay so I'm opening a book on this. Five'll get you two that at some point Niles and Jason will each be picking bits of the others teeth out of their knuckles.

Jazz - doesn't make it the least bit easy for her. Thank goodness she eventually realises that - what? I dunno, maybe she thought it was all an elaborate charade and there was rat poison in the cake? but eventually she thaws and much to Jane's relief, and probably to Jazz's, and DEFINITELY to mine, they start chatting properly like the BFFs they are.

Monday 18th May

They go to the library so Jimmy can look at emails received by Ricky's bogus email accounts, and one has an important cc that he makes a note of. Now if he can just find out who it belongs to... Ricky is left more than a bit disturbed because he has this feeling he remembers something very like that email address.

After a bit of chatter Amarie takes photos of herself and emails them to him and guess what!! In the type of amazing coincidence that can only happen in RPG her email addy is the self same one that nasty Jimmy is breathing fire about. Amarie and Travis giggle a lot and arrange to go to the movies.

One of the Manor's most eligible bachelors is there for the chatting to and it's the bloody CAT that gets tagged. It would be insulting if it wasn't so sad. Luckily Charlotte arrives to talk to him and they discuss cats and upping security arrangements for the day care thing [creche is so much quicker to type]. Then Elspeth is there with long lovely legs and applepie and teasing and Jason casually brings the conversation round to That Man but no dice. Instead they agree to meet at the barbeque and maybe go out for a beer.

Tuesday 19th May

She loses herself in a surfeit of nervous stuttering, but makes herself understood enough for him to book her to come twice a week and do laundry once. Jane calms down once the kitty sits on her lap but *gulp* it makes her think of her lost baby and Niles is SO sympathetic his bastardy slips for a minute!

This quite lengthy thread involves a man pissing off a partial demon, the game's fastest ever visit to the 13th floor, which barely regisers on Ricky's super-laid-back psyche, though he thinks the zombie is bleah, and a very cruel practical joke that's enough to make Ricky swear off God's natural relaxant for life.

Next in is Ashley, apparently mistaking the gym for the laundry [HOW long has he lived there?] and they discuss Anastasia's art work and the financial state of the nation. The Twins are in next and Andy suggests their photography group contacts the gallery about an end of year show.

He also makes the mistake of confessing to having drawn a graphic novel about gay vampire pirates and Anastasia is intrigued.

Then HAH! just when he thought it was safe, Andras gets tagged by an animal! Payback time!!!!
