Morningstar Manor - where the plot never stops

Okay so recent plot found me pulling in a character that I was thinking would most likely not be used much except for the past thread with the death of Mrs Valdez who jumped from the 10th floor. That being said I've sort of realised he might be rather fun and useful for more than just that thread. So while he's not a full fledged MM character - he's one of the many that is available should you need him for plot.

This is Mike Ownes - Lieutenant Mike Owens actually. Lt. in the City Police and his special assignment is handling Manor cases. He's 'part of the family' you might say and when it comes to the Manor he answers only to the Police Commissioner himself. Owens has a special team of people he trusts to keep Manor business quiet and not leak info to the press. When it comes to the Manor the usual police routine goes out the window. So if your pup is involved with the police department in anyway they would know who Owens is (he's their superior after all) but they might be surprised to find him at the beck and call of Jason Abrams. It's a job that's kept fairly quiet.

Owens is a good man and where Jason might come across cold and uncaring Owens knows how to work with people and the press. He'll only throw his weight around if he feels it's necessary.

So if you want him for any police plots just give me a shout. He's likely to be around the Manor a bit finishing up the most recent mess.
