Life probably pretty much simply couldn't get more complicated for the elvish prince of Mirkwood. In many ways, he longed for the simplicity of his woodland home. There, he knew what to expect. Here, there were strange people who seemed bound and determined to change everything he thought he knew. The whole time he'd been here, he hadn't wished to be returned home. Not until this morning when he woke up and realized that he had no idea what to do.

Luckily for him, he wouldn't have to figure that out just yet. He was awoken out of his waking dream by a sound outside his door. His keen ears had no problem picking up just what it was, and he frowned thoughtfully. A golem, outside his door? Was he to be brought into the group activities once more? He remembered back to the time when he'd gone river rafting. That had been fun. Perhaps he was to do something similar. He knew that others had been dragged out on these group activities, having heard them complaining about it.

He had a different view on the whole thing. In his mind, nothing could possibly be unwelcome if it would pull him out of his own head. So he walked swiftly to the door and opened it. The golem was long gone, but there was a note on his door, just like he remembered from the last time. He plucked it off and read it quickly.

Go to the frozen lake. You will be ice fishing. This is mandatory. If you do not go a golem will find you and take you there. Do not leave until the activities are finished, or a golem will take you back. He read the whole thing, a bright smile appearing on his face. Ice fishing! He knew that skill well, being the hunter that he was. This was going to be a lot of fun, which was just what he needed.

It didn't take him any time to get dressed and head out to the frozen lake. Being an elf, of course, he walked easily over the surface of the snow. The cold simply didn't affect him the same way, nor did the snow. He was the first to arrive, but last time there had been others, so, spotting a little shack, he went over there to wait. They had provided more of that odd drink Marcus had introduced him to, so he helped himself to a cup, seated himself, and then looked expectantly at the door.

Naturally the curious sort, Kibeth had been having quite a wonderful time exploring Mirage and all its offerings. It seemed like here there was always something new to discover, either about the residents or the place itself. She was accumulating a rather sizable bookshelf full of notebooks, each one packed full of new Charter marks and notes. It helped that she didn't have to sleep if she didn't want to. And why would anyone want to here? There was so much to see and explore.

She greeted the invitation to ice fishing with her normal enthusiasm. This would be something new! She watched some women fish at the Clayr's glacier, and she'd been with Liriel and Sameth when they'd fished, but she'd been a dog (more or less), at the time and not able to take part as much in the fun. Not that she had much of a fondness for fish, that was far more of Mogget's thing.

In her excitement to get to the activity, Kibeth once again forgot she didn't have fur anymore, and had waltzed out the door wearing just a thin shirt and pants. Needless to say, by the time she'd reached the small shack, she was shivering, but she hadn't wanted to stop and warm up, and risk missing something. So she slipped in the door and half spoke, half barked a Free Magic spell for warmth and heat, and cradled the little ball of fire it created in her hands. Feeling a bit warmer, she smiled at the young-looking man already there.

"Sorry, I keep seeming to run out without appropriate clothes. I don't think I've met you yet. I'm Kibeth"
