What: After deciding just exactly how to cause havoc in the place, he decides to check out the theater.
When: Day 11, 10:00am
Where: The Theater
Rating: TBD
Status: COMPLETE

It must have taken out more from him to rip Harley off of him while they slept because his arms were killing him. Joker wasn't exactly ridiculously muscular or anything of the sort-- he simply considered himself a 'well rounded' physique. Seriously, who wouldn't fall for his looks? So. Harley arriving in Mirage was still attacking his conscious. What had he done to deserve this pain and nerve? As much as he loved his blueberry muffin, he considered himself a free men in all aspects and forms. The thoughts of how to deal with Harley were going to have to wait of course. At the moment, he had other more important things in mind.

"Hello Mirage!"

Joker smiled like a child on Christmas as his eyes followed the invisible sound waves that bounced along the walls and disappeared into enormous red velvet curtains somewhere in the back of the place. Even his steps upon the wooden floor seemed to be echoing about. The acoustics were great, all he needed was a show now. He had been up early rhyming and scheming and making blue prints of what exactly he would be up to. Now, during this time, a small pamphlet had appeared with some resort information that eventually led him to the theater here. Oh how grand, he thought to himself as he zoomed from one side of the stage to another, this whole world was turning into his playground!

A playground, now that was a thought that put a smile on his face.

"Perhaps a play showing of Frankenstein... except with some 'help' from the audience." He laughed mercilessly rubbing his hands together in devilish plot. "Or perhaps as an introduction to the opening theme park, I'll present Alice in wonderland? Though... that's going to be a rather huge cast..."

The theater was enormous, he hadn't expected a resort theater to be this big. The construction seemed rather modern but the feeling was that of an antique theater which he liked. Many possibilities were brewing in that demented mind of his, all he needed was to calm down and get his thoughts straight.

"Think man, think!." He hissed at himself as he took a seat on a solitary chair he had found backstage and moved to the center stage. His clothing was back to that purple suit of his and he slowly sat down taking the stance of that famous sculpture of the thinker with a theatrical look across his face.

Joker knew far to well the works of Shakespeare but he had a hard time trying to figure out how he would kill someone in it. Sure in Hamlet he could switch prop knives into real knives and let the big finish end with everyone. But then, what would that be if everyone died until the end? It would be so much funnier if people kept dropping on the stage like flies without anyone realizing it.

"I'm thinking of something more.... adventurous." He smacked his lips in thought pacing once more thinking away at his schemes. "Perhaps I could work with Hamlet... yet that modern Guildenstern and Rosencrants Are Dead was hilarious!" he gave his laugh as another play came to mind.

"Wait, what about The Spanish Tragedy? That would be intresting wouldn't it?"

Edward looked thoughfull for a moment, pondering on all of this.He knew plays like the back of his hand, though most he knew were before the turn of the century, and he had seen them live, but he wasnt about to tell this strange clown like man that.

"mm that is a good one, havnt seen it for a while though"He answered with a shrug, taking a seat on the edge of the stage and letting his feet dangle slightly. "though if your looking for classics theres also faust,,or sweeny todd"He added with a thoughtful glance.

"Oh what goo are classics now-a-days." Joker laughed taking out a sort of butterfly knife from his pocket as he played with it carelessly. He was a man of skill and obviously, cutting himself was nothing of a worry or danger. Pain was a thing of life, it was what made humans mortal. Of course, that didn't mean he would go about causing himself pain on purpose.

"I would have liked Faust but still, it's too cold in my opinion. The Spanish tragedy will do good...with... a few changes of props." His hands stopped as they twirled the knife and starred at it.

But of course, he thought to himself as he raised the butterfly knife into the light, watching as the hilt of the blade gave an ominous shine. What if I could make them real? He brought a hand slamming into the knife only to see it extract- it was a fake despite how real it looked. He would change the fake knives into real ones and then AND HOPEFULLY THEN, they would all stab themselves silly to their graves. Oh what a fantastic idea indeed.

He turned swiftly to look at Edward with that same devilish grin and laughed that blood churning cry. "I got it, it will be grand! I need to make flyers, audtition schedules. Oh this WILL be interesting!"

Edward snorted, watching warily as the joker removed the knife and toyed with it "you can never go wrong with a classic though, most people seem to enjoy them"He said with a shrug. He knew he loved the classic, then again he was almost a century old and set in his ways, so it wasnt exactly like he could speak for the mortals.

He frowned slightly at the metion of faust being to cold, but let it go, each ot his own right?"yeah maybe.."He muttered. His eyes widened as the clown-man moved as if to stab himself, but thankfully it was only a prop knife,so he at least didnt have to steel himself from the overwhelming smell of human blood, thatwould have caused a scene,an unwanted scene at that.

He matched the jokers smile with a wary one of his own "that sounds great"He said, his voice just the tinyiest bit strained to sound pleasent,as he was begining to think this mortal(if indeed he was a mortal)had gone mad.

"Hmm I should perhaps get started on the flyers. You have done so much." He said mockingly talking to Edward as if he were some cliche guidance counselor. All he needed to do was give him a pat in the back but no. Not tonight.

"I suppose I'll be taking my leave then. I'm not sure how much or props this place has to offer but I will surely get them somehow." He said going back to his business like tone of mutiny he tended to take on after every good idea came bustling in. It was interesting all of this, he wouldn't have a batman to bother him.

Edward raised an eyebrow, the mans impatience was not lost on him.

"I can help with that,if you'd like"He offered.Which was rare, edward rarely liked to help humans, watch them sure, but help them was something esme would do,or alice.

"when do you need them done?"

It caught the Joker slightly off guard. He could have sworn that the man standing before him gave airs of anything but humane. Who knows, perhaps Jokers assumption of the young generations to be anything but caring. To be offering his help was something Joker could never understand. Yet... he wasn't showing his surprise.

"Well that's very nice of you." He said with a gleeful grin as he tapped his chin. "I'll probably be going into phase one of my plan perhaps in a few days. For the moment, have my card."

He slipped his hands into his coat pocket and extracted a Joker playing card holding it up for him to see. There was obviously no phone or anything written on it that could give Edward any idea as to where he lived but Joker found it amusing either way.

"When I call for everyone, show the crew this card and you'll be getting front seats on everything. You got that?"

Edward frowned, turning the card to and fro, before looking back up at the clown like man "cute"he muttered, jamming it in his pocket.

He nodded absently, letting his gazer fall to the empty theatere once again. "I could probaly put up some ads, casting call or whatever,if you need help.Sets arnt easy to build all that fast after all.."Of course he could probaly have 3 or 4 them up in a day,but he didnt want to share that tidbit of information with this creepy guy,at least not yet, trust after all had to be earned.

Besides, humans tended to freak out when they learned that vampires were indid real.

The idea was rather promising. To see one individual interested in something like this was; after all, a positive beginning. He stood back watching the man curiously as he brought his tongue curling around his ruby lips.

It was always so enticing to see someone hiding emotions. Humans were just that predictable to him. There was something about that man that made him question if he was really some type of other higher being... or some sort of vigilante.

For once, in the few days he had strolled towards this world, he remembered back on his arch nemesis. What was Batman up to, would he be looking for him? Would he be rejoicing?

No. Gotham was probably worse than ever without Joker's 'fatherly care' on her. Some places you know, some places just needed a strong firm hand to keep things in place.

"I will certainly call for your assistance. I'll probably feel rather more confident if a strong man like yourself helped with my sets. You know." He faked a crippled man. "Bad back and all."

Edward snorted, leaping lightly from his seat on the edge of the stage, and landing lightly on his feet, all in one fluid movement like a cat.

"glad to hear it..Uh,I guess"he answered with a nod.He gave the theatre one last once over and slowly headed for the door. "anything else you need help with before I depart?"he bowed deeply, like that of an actor during curtian call.

"Nothing yet." Joker laughed at his small act patting his stomach heartily. He was exaggerating it but, what? He was Joker, he knew funny.

"Get going you weird young man full of youth and spirit!"He shouted still laughing as he took a seat back in the chair that he had placed in the middle of the stage for his pondering benefit. "Get going!"

He would probably be staying for a bit longer to see if the theater needed some...improvements. He wouldn't want Edward to spoil his surprise.
