Part of Gwen's job involved her being outside a lot - chasing down alien life and other weird things that came through the rift. The thing about her job was that most of the exciting parts of her job took place at night and Gwen slept a lot during the day - that bothered her boyfriend, Rhys, but that topic was for another day. Also, Gwen was from Cardiff in Wales - the sun was rare there.

So, on a day like this on a strange planet that had the temprament of a two-year-old, Gwen was in hiding. She'd spent most of the morning in bed, just tossing and turning and doing a lot of thinking. Now, a little past noon, Gwen was staring out the window of the lounge while she sipped a hot cup of tea. The sunlight looked unnatural to her - it was just shining and making people warm. She glanced down at her pale skin and scrunched up her nose. No, Gwen was not a sunlight kind of person - she was quite content with the clouds of Cardiff - she and this planet were not getting along thus far.

Gwen continued to sit in the overstuffed armchair, watching the whispy white clouds drift pass in the crystal clear blue sky. "All this sunlight is unnatural..." she mumbled, thinking she was alone as she sipped her tea.

This new young woman in her presence was not happy at all, that much was clear. And the other thing that was quite clear was the violent shade of purple that was the color of her hair - or, perhaps it was pink. It was hard to tell, and Gwen did not want to stare.

She peered over at the young woman who pouted on the couch. "I want it changed back as well," Gwen commented conversationally. "All this sunlight is bound to give me a headache. Who is this Alice you are looking for?"

"Right"She said,sniffling slightly "Theres simply to much of it..it hurts my eyes"

Her eyes lifted to the other womens with interest "Alice is..well Alice has just always been alice.Creator of wonderland..At least As far I know"Chesire didnt mind in the least about someone knowing what,and where,her home was. "At least wonderland didnt have so much damn water.."She growled.
