Day Seven
Who: Ginny and Max
Where: The Hot Springs
When: Day Seven, Mid-morning
What: Love Potion No. 9, aka "Pheremone Shenanigans".
Why: Apparently Gin sniffed the flowers. :)
Rating: PG-13 for now.
Status: Unfinished

The scent of the flowers had been particularly strong that morning as Gin sat in her room with the windows open. She'd slept later than she liked, so she skipped breakfast and headed out to explore this new place. Her new home. It certainly didn't have the cozy feel of the Burrow or even the Gryffindor dorms, but it was pretty nice to not be forced into sharing the bathroom.

She'd walked aimlessly all morning, weaving in and out of the gardens for a bit, but hadn't come across anyone yet. She got to what appeared to be some hot springs and decided to relax in one a bit before heading back to the main part of the resort. She pulled out her wand before shrugging off her robe and transfiguring her top and skirt into a relatively modest swimsuit.

A soft breeze sent an enticing new scent past her nose as she dipped her foot into the spring, and she turned to look around her. She didn't notice anyone or anything new in sight, so she ignored the smell and waded slowly into the spring until she could sit and relax.

"No, you probably aren't," she agreed with a grin. He was definitely different than anyone Ginny had met, magical or not. "Yes, we can both fit on my broom. I'll be glad to take us up." She liked flying. Getting someone else into flying? She wasn't going to complain.

She grabbed Max's offered hand as he helped pull her out of the spring. How had she missed how strong he was? It was hot. She followed him curiously to the outcropping, opening her mouth to ask what he was doing when he stopped her behind him.

Why were his hands on the rock? She opened her mouth again to ask when suddenly... the rock was gone. "Amazing," she murmured softly. She started to move forward, but his "Wait!" stopped her in her tracks. Wha---oh, wow.

"That is... amazing," she breathed out, grabbing his hand and moving forward to place kisses along his jawline. "Perfect. You... that's magic! We do something similar, although we have to use our wands."
