"FUCK THIS SHITTY, FUCKING SHITHOLE OF A SHIT PLANET, AND ALL THE SHITTY,FUCKED UP PEOPLE IN IT, ON IT, FUCK IT!" Niki screamed into the sky, toward the ceiling. Angrily she punched a wall, happy when it gave, making a satisfied sound in the back of her throat. She didn't give a shit when it repaired itself, gave her a chance to hit it again and again. Having super strength and resilience was an amazing attribute when you wanted to get out your frustrations. Niki found something metallic then, it at least had metal somewhere inside. Punching that, she heard the dissatisfied groan of said metal as it caved in from her punch. With a smirk on her lips, Niki waited patiently for it to fix itself before doing it again. Wearing a tight leather corset, her long blond hair in a high, long ponytail, the same amount of makeup she would wear while dancing on stage, tight, brown leather pants and stiletto heels. Niki had thought of some cigarettes and thankfully they appeared in her room for her, she took out a lighter and lit one, taking a satisfied drag.

"Convenient and strangely odd is my middle name," he said and smiled again, relinquishing the bottle to her. She was probably the prettiest girl he'd seen in a long time. Well, girl wasn't the right word. She held herself like a woman. And drank like a man. He had the idea that she might be able to drink him under the table. Which would be a lot of fun in the process.

He glanced at her hand before she pulled it back and raised an eyebrow at her. He said nothing about it. If she'd been the one pounding the wall that wouldn't be a surprise to him. He'd come across stranger things.

A twinkle in his eye, Dean said, "I do indeed like a good single malt, Ms. Sanders. Jessica. That ones a good one. Macallan 1946. $2000 a bottle. Or so the guy who bought it at the bar told me."

"Is it now?" With a twinkle in her eye and a wink, Niki leaned in a little closer and smiled, "I find that convenient and strangely odd. It almost sounds like excerpts out of the 'Cat in the hat.' So?"

Niki looked from the bottle, the shock playing across her features.

"Mysteriously, you manage to finagle a $2,000 dollar bottle of the nectar of the gods and you just happen to be near my place? This shit is better then some lame ass casserole served with a fake smile, I'll admit."

Niki had to admit that he was handsome, in a very boyish and charming kind of way. Nothing like Peter, well, if she looked deep enough she could see some similarities, scratch that, many. The way they carried each other, this air of needing to save the world, this dark intensity. It struck her kind of hard, but she pushed that all the way deep into her psyche.

"Did you walk around the resort waiting for the sounds of a damsel in distress? Or do you know something about me?" Niki backed up slightly, was he from the company? Was this place like back home? Niki began to freak a little, wondering if she was going to be tagged and bagged, sent back to the meta human prison. The fear was etched on her face, but Niki did her best to mask it.

Dean leaned in the doorway since she hadn't, as yet, invited him in and he wasn't about to waltz in considering what he figured she had been doing before he'd arrived. Anyone who could rattle the windows with her fists and barely be scratched had to be extremely strong and not prone to enjoying her space being invaded. Not to mention, she'd been pounding the walls for some reason and it probably wasn't a good one.

He continued to smile at her, tilting his head playfully. "I guess I should be honest. It was just a reason to meet you and have a drink all in the same shot. I must be rusty at this if you saw right through it though. I didn't finagle anything. I pretty much just wished for it."

She had suddenly but briefly looked scared and he stood up straighter. Maybe being informal with her was not a good idea. "Well, I don't want to brag, but I have done a bit of dragon slaying in my time. But no, I don't know anything about you and you don't look as if you need help. A drink perhaps, but not saving."

He was fine, he was actually a nice change of pace from this prison, resort, whatever is was, "Sorry, you just made me recall something that is better left dead and gone."

Niki's brows furrowed for a moment, then she pushed that smile on her face again. The twinkle was back in her eyes. "Hmmmm, gotta try this wishing shit. It has fantastic results." Niki looked him up and down for a moment. Stepped back into her room and held the door open.

"So, you gonna come on in and share some of this liquid manna or do you plan to hang out in the hallway all night long, prettying it up?"

He didn't need to be asked twice. Chuckling at her remark about him prettying the hallway, he stepped inside as she stepped back to allow him in. He glanced around casually and then back to her. She was very pretty and he suspected very gun shy over something.

Which was no problem for him. Especially if they could crack open a couple of bottles and drink until they were laughing their asses off. He had found that to be the best remedy for anything best left dead and gone. And he said as much.

"That scotch isn't going to get any younger so we might as well drink some. It'll soothe the savage beast." He grinned and held up a hand in front of her, in which immediately appeared a second crystal tumbler meant for drinking.

Niki didn't wait, she plucked at the opening of the bottle, swiftly opening it and then pouring him three fingers of scotch, then moving to fill her own. The top was carefully put back on the bottle, raising her tumbler to him with a smile.

"Cheers, to Double Oh Winchester, who managed to swoop in here like a knight in shining single malt and made Jessica a very happy girl." Raising her glass to him then, a soft smile on her lips.

"Ah, the savage beast, I know it all too well." Niki mused out loud.

"So, Dean, tell me...what really brought you too my humble abode?" The room was exactly like the room in the back of the strip club that she and Peter owned. "You showing up at my door, the way you had, is far from kismet." Niki took a seat facing Dean, sitting down and crossing her legs. The top leg swayed back and forth softly as she waited for his answer.

He raised a brow again at how quickly she had gotten into the bottle and how much of the stuff she'd poured into the tumbler for him. It made him chuckle again because she was just his kind of drinking partner. Gorgeous, snarky and oh so ready to knock a few back. This was going to turn out to be a great time.

"Cheers to the Damsel without a dress or distress," he chuckled again, this time at himself for his throw back to her Cat In The Hat remark. He swallowed about two thirds of the scotch and it went down smooth with a good burn. Definitely worth the risk he'd taken.

"I heard the pulp you were making of the walls. I mean, I assume it was you because of your hand," he said, pointing to the one that had been bleeding when she'd showed it to him. "I was curious and when you answered your door and well," he smiled, indicating her physique with his hand and drank the rest of the scotch in his glass.

"Your Hat-fu is rusty Dean. You need to re-read the books at best, or just forgo the books and get the movies. I hear 'Horton heard a Who' was pretty popular all those years ago when it came out."

Niki wiped at the knuckle, which should have been a bloody, broken pulp. "You were curious, so when I answered my door, it inflamed you so much that you just had to get drunk?" Niki asked with a chuckle, taking a deep pull of her scotch, draining half the tumbler.

Niki put her tumbler down, the wall seemed to still be repairing itself. Niki walked to the kitchen sink to clean off her knuckle, grabbing a towel then, she walked back into the sitting area.

"Neat shtick you got going on, locate said hotties, wait for your chance to swoop in, lather, rinse, repeat?"

As she walked out of the room he mouthed, "Horton Heard A Who?" with a confused expression on his face. He may have always been on the road fighting some beasty or demon or something but he hadn't been so completely out of the loop as to have missed a Dr. Seuss reference. She must be from the future, he decided. Which was probably where EVERYONE except him had come before the Planet had kidnapped them all away.

He called to her from the other room, a smile in his tone. "Oh sure. I always wander around on the off chance I might happen to find the creme de la creme and she might just let me in and even have a drink with me."

Then, utilizing one of his less serious skills, he did a very good impression of Sean Connery as he said, "I'm a charming alcoholic, what can I say?"

Niki leaned against the door jam, staring at him. No one had ever called her the creme de la creme. Niki was used to being ogled from her time as an internet stripper, plus she had been called many, many names because of it, nothing that had so much riding on it or attached to it.

"Ah, Sean Connery, just don't start running around her in a skirt. It is a proper kilt or nothing in my home." Niki then canted her head, something about his comment didn't settle well with her, like he was saying he wasn't good enough. It reeked of self deprecation in its worst form.

"No cream of the crop here, just plain ole Jessica Sanders. Hanging with plain ole, pretty cool all on his own, Dean Winchester. Trust me, I am not all that spectacular." Niki said softly, her head tipped down. She appeared vulnerable, and in slight pain. It was her regular face, the mask having slipped somewhere in there. Walking quickly to her glass, she took the bottle and opened it. Offering to pour him some first, before herself, of course.

"Aha ha ha," he laughed. "No kilts for this dude. Straight jeans and AC/DC shirts, please. Though I've been known to wear a monkey suit from time to time to please a lady."

If his previous comment about charming alcoholism had sounded a bit self-deprecating, even if it hadn't been intended to sound that way, hers had sounded very lacking in the self-confidence department. It was such a switch from the seemingly glamorous witty girl that when she moved to pour him another bit of scotch, he put his hand on the bottle and her fingers as well.

"Hey, that's cool with me. We don't even have to be anyone but strangers getting drunk on an awful, spoiled brat of a planet." Then he pulled his hand back and smiled, though this smile was less infused with charm and more with unspoken understanding.

It wasn't as though he had felt all that great about himself since he'd been yanked away. The world had needed saving and on the night he'd been sucked here to Mirage he'd been pining for a girl who'd broken his heart. Pathetic. He wouldn't be that now but he at least understood not feeling like the top of the barrel.

"So what kind of occasion and lady do you need to get you into said monkey suit? I hope you don't start beating your chest and running around doing other things that monkey's tend to do?" Clearly teasing him.

Niki froze a little the feel of his fingers on her fingers, she had turned her eyes up toward his eyes then. Niki smiled sweetly then, "here, here...cheers to the spoiled brat of a plane speech." Her own smile turned toward the more unspoken understanding too. Niki finished pouring him his glass of scotch, her own free hand gently ran up his wrist to his hand, before pulling it away.

If anything, Niki knew all about pining for someone and something, and she didn't care if it was pathetic or not. Niki just felt like this is my life and how could I have been so stupid? Then Niki was pouring herself her own glass as she sat back down. She didn't always feel as this glamorous, snarky, goddess. Mostly, she just felt like snarky, unhappy Niki.

Feeling adventurous he spilled a little about his more private of moments. Because wearing a tux was more a favor for either a woman he loved or for an operation with his brother.

"It takes a little bit of scotch and a little bit of charm for a woman to talk me into wearing the dreaded black tie formal. Would you have an occasion to bring me somewhere in a tux? Is that why you're asking?"

And with the familiarity and teasing he found he only meant to put her at ease. Not what he generally did but she seemed to call for a little more finesse, a little more gentle touch and he found himself wanted to give her that too. Strange. But he smiled.

"Oh, I see now. Hmmmm, what does it take? An occasion, special at that? Hmmm, well I don't see the need for a tuxedo in the jacuzzi, I mean you get your clothes all wet and you can't enjoy your relaxation. The only other event that I can think of has the involvement of food and a nice resturant. Those two events are the only pertinent events happening in my near and distant future."

Niki just smiled softly at Dean then, knocking back her scotch, ready to pour herself another glass full. Flexing her hand out of instinct, since her D.I.D. had integrated back to just being herself, that display of power was the first display in a very long time. Speaking of dinner, it had put in her mind then that she was a bit hungry, but she could wait, they were just drinking right now and she wasn't sure in the how's, when's or where's of this and where it was going?

Are you swinging for an invitation to dinner, Ms. Sanders? he asked himself with a small smile on his face. He wasn't about to ask her until they'd both perhaps had another few drinks in them. Truth be told, a gal who could knock the walls the way she had was a bit intimidating. She might want to pound his face into the wall.

Instead of answering her directly, he drained the contents of his tumbler and held it out to her. "Don't you think that a nice night at home with a few good friends," he indicated the bottles of alcohol, "make for a good time? Or am I keeping you from something important?"

"Oh of course it does. It makes for the best of times." Niki shook her head and smiled. Pouring him more scotch, then some for herself.

"The only thing I have been thinking on is food." Niki said quite honestly. "The only important thing I have going on is happening right here, right now." Did she just say that out loud, why yes she did and she meant it too.
