I've spent several hours this morning reading your fic. I wish I hadn't had to read it so fast and in such small pieces (crying babies are no good for the concentration).

I really enjoyed your story. You brought Snape to life in an amazing and sympathetic manner. Very enjoyable read.

Thanks, calanthe, glad you stuck with it (and I do know what the 'crying babies' thing is like!). I'm gratified that Snape seemed sympathetic to you--that was one of my concerns, working with a ten-inch man. :). I appreciate your comment!
