It is 1992 and there is no doubt that there is something going wrong in the world. Military bases are being attacked and civilians all around the world are disappearing. The insanity going on in the world has led to the forming of several superhero teams and even one Villain team. Each of these teams are currently working on their own, but what will it take to finally get them to work together? Which team will lead the way? Or will Magneto's Brotherhood overtake them all?
