Hey, I know we don't hang out as much but I've been a little homesick for New York lately.

As someone who spent time there, would you join me for some pizza over movies about the city?

Tell me your favorites.

Sure!

I'm not super versed in movies based in New York. But I'll put my number one vote in for Muppets Take Manhatten

I can't think of a better movie to be on a NYC themed night.

Okay so are you more into comedy, drama, action... musicals? I will pick my choice accordingly. Also if you think of any others, feel free to say so. But no Woody Allen movies.

Also important question -- who is your favorite muppet?

Perfect.

Comedy, I guess. Probably musicals. Who doesn't like songs?

Miss Piggy. Are there any other options? Other than the rest of the options. Rizzo the Rat is pretty solid too

Hmm... I am curious and also cautious of the new West Side Story. Maybe I can stream rent it.

If it is bad, Muppets Take Manhattan will make up for it.

Miss Piggy is the diva's diva. But Gonzo is of course the correct answer.

And who doesn't like songs is a lot of people.

Sounds like a good plan. There's also a sense of joy of watching a movie to give it shit

Gonzo is also good. Approved.

Those people are all wrong, then.

At least this one hired Latinos to play Latinos. The old one had Rita Moreno for their representation.

I concur. Music is essential to life and balance.

True, but she's also a legend so it sort of pans out. A bit.

Exactly.

I suppose that is a good argument.

Are you familiar with the original West Side Story?
