[Sasha sat quietly in the kitchen, nursing a bowlful of hot mint tea, cupping her hands over the rim and letting the vapors rise to her eyes, hoping to ease the flashes and throbbing she felt in her head.

As to why it suddenly felt warmer whereas it was snowy cold the night before, she cannot say. As to why she had suddenly found her room void of any of the items she had brought in, she doesn't want to think about at the moment. She was intent on reining the stray thoughts in, such as that she will flinch at any noise, or anyone who might happen to pass by...]

[At the back of her mind, she knew there were newcomers and would like to wish them welcome, but the nagging throb in her head made it difficult to focus. After some tasteless but calming sips of hot tea, she gathered enough presence of mind to place a private call to the last person she had spoken to. Perhaps he can help --]

[He returns a little while later with a slightly nicer white trench coat he got from the store. He did stop by home since it was closer, but it turns out Castiel doesn't have any extra clothes. He just wears that same thing. Sam hopes there is angel magic involved there.]

I'm back. I hope this works. And as long as I was there I grabbed some regular clothes too. [Jeans and a t-shirt] I just guessed at the sizes. [And he doesn't know much about woman's sizes so expect them to be too big.]

[Unlike the last time where she was too troubled to properly embrace him, and being able to do it properly was... well, better.

She feels safe like this -- and despite the turmoil in her head, being with a friend, with Sam, offered her a haven of comfort.

Perhaps she leans on him a breath longer than what could be considered normal, before she looks up with a warm smile --] And as your friend, I must return the favor sometime.

[Gradually, her hold on him loosens until she lets go.] And soon, once I am better. Where are you staying, by the way?

	Well, there is a whole pet shop full of them. You could always get one. [He runs a hand through his hair.] Salt is used for protection where we're from.
