[action | semi-closed]
[Allelujah was up at what he thought was a reasonable hour, though really it was just in his head that Lockon would be up and about already, so he would not be disturbing the other. He stepped up to the door to Lockon's suite, and knocked.]
[Lacus stirs from her sleep, having heard the knock. She glances around, not finding the room familiar. Standing, she takes a moment to fluff out her gown before walking to the door and opening it. She brightens upon seeing a familiar face!] Allelujah, good morning.
[Allelujah blinked at Lacus, startled that it hadn't been Lockon to open the door.] Miss Lacus...Good morning. [His eyes flicked behind her, half-searching for Lockon, half not.] Did..I was expecting Lockon..I am sorry, I believe I came to the wrong room..
Oh. [Her fingertips come to rest on her mouth.] No, I believe you are correct. I'm sure he's here. Would you like to come in?
[At that, Allelujah couldn't help the faint blush. He looked away, shaking his head.] No..I..I can come back later. [He started backing away. Had he interrupted them?]
[Lockon is on the couch, sleeping peacefully. At least, he was. He had everything from last night still on, with exception of the hat and shoes - which were somewhere on the floor - and his tie was loose. His arm was up, bent at the elbow, covering his eyes from the light filtering in from outside. He murmured.] Neh, Haro... shut the window...
[Wait, he knew those voices. Lacus... and... Allelujah? Where was he? He shot upright, almost pulling a few muscles in the process, and stared at the sight in the doorway.] Wha-- What?
[Lacus glances over her shoulder at Lockon, smiling.] Good morning, Lockon.
[Allelujah froze when he heard movement in the room, of course it was Lockon-as Lacus had said he'd come to the right place. He attempted a smile for the other man and gave a slight nod.] ..Good morning..
G-good ... morning? [Lockon just stared for a good, long moment. He couldn't help but notice the slight blush on Alle's face, which his own was now matching. Now he recalled how last night ended, and he sounded exasperated.] Alle, it's... It's not what you think. [Of course it's not. He hadn't even said anything yet!]
[Lacus steps to the side of the door, hands clasped loosely in front of her.] Lockon must have helped me back after I fell asleep in the park last night. Did you see the stars, Allelujah?
[If anything, Lockon's denial caused his blush to deepen a bit further. What was it about this place that kept causing him to blush? He averted his eyes again, hands slipping into his jean pockets.] I..I see..No, I did not see the stars last night..
That's right... [To justify a little more.] It was cold out. [Now his memories were catching up to him. This had happened before... though not quite the same circumstances, thankfully. With a sigh, he slowly laid his head back down on the couch, rubbing his face with his hands.] What time is it?
It's a bit early. [Looking from one man to the other, she moves to pick up her gloves and pin her hair clip into place.] Would you like some breakfast? I could bring some back with me.
[Allelujah worked on getting rid of his blush. At the question, and Lacus' answer, he blinked.] I had not realised it was too early..I'm sorry. I can go get you both something, it is no problem. [Plus, it would give them time to get dressed/sorted, and him to sort out his own thoughts. And work on that blush.]
[He groaned a little. Why was he so ashamed of this? They were adults, even if nothing had happened. Or could, because of the rules. He made a little 'gah' sound behind his hands, and then sat upright, looking for shoes. He was about to offer to go, too. But wait, this was his room.] Coffee would be great, Alle. [He made that choice because, he would rather clear things up with her first, than make him feel any more awkward.]
[Lacus had her arms raised as she ran her fingers through her hair in a cursory brushing, and smiles at Allelujah when he speaks.] Thank you, Allelujah. I'd appreciate it.
[It really wasn't any of his business. Honestly. He would not ask. Lockon or Lacus would have to bring it up. At the request of coffee, he managed to fix Lockon with a faintly incredulous look.] Why would I not bring coffee with breakfast? [He nodded at Lacus' thank you.]
[He laughed a little. Alle had a point.] Of course you would. [Lockon shifted to put the hands behind his head, looking rather lazily up at the other Meister. He mouthed a 'thank you', out of Lacus' sight, and nodded, a bit of an apologetic look on his face.]
[One last smile at Allelujah, and then she walks over to sit beside Lockon on the sofa, trusting Allelujah to shut to door. He had wanted to speak with her, so she gives him a warm smile and waits for him to begin.]
[Allelujah managed a faint smile at Lockon's thanks, and started to close the door as he saw Lacus move away from it. He blinked when she went to sit next to his friend, and couldn't help but flush again in embarrassement, glad the door was closed before he actually heard anything.]
(( OOC: One thread will be for when Lacus and Lockon talk in private, and another will be Allelujah returning with coffee from the kitchen.
Could Allelujuah bring someone back with him? Do you have business that brings you to Lockon's front door for other reasons? Consider this an invitation to embarrass him some more~
Also, please let me know if the font colors are a problem at all. <3 ))
