Threepio can mostly be found in Sector 2 nowadays, in the library or the education center or the computer lab, generally "lending a hand" (e.g., being completely unhelpful) to anyone unlucky enough to meet his eye. He just wants to be your friend!

[ Usopp is in the computer lab today! He's still exploring the city, it being only his second day here. He is so unused to all these strange sights, and is just utterly amazed by most of it. The technology here is beyond anything he could have ever dreamed of, and they don't even seem to use Dials. The sharpshooter is particularly impressed with this building, gawking over the sea of computers... He doesn't even know what a computer is, but he's prepared to find out; as he sits down at one of the chairs, he looks around, trying to see if there's anyone around who can explain what these things are or how they work...
