[Naoto hefts up the wooden practice sword, experimentally slashing it through the air once or twice before letting it rest at her side. She can't help but frown. It's so different, the weight, the length, the shape - it's like someone cut off her arm and handed her another. She doesn't put it back though. Instead, she shifts into a few familiar positions before launching herself into a imaginary battle. It's not her sword, but she has to get used to it.]

[CLOSED to Nill]

[Finally entering the shelter rooms she shares with Nill, a little tired, but not too tired to check up on her roommate. She saw her responses to the supposed bomb threat, so she can't help but worry a little.] Nill?

	[No answer from Nill (of course) or any movement from the girl, but Naoto may notice a blanket-lump huddled up inside the closet that looked interestingly human shaped, since Nill hadn't thought of how she'd close the door after entirely burying herself under a couple blankets ._.] (Reply to this) (Thread)

[She was expecting a wing flutter or the happy face Nill usually shows whenever she comes back ~~has been spoiled~~, so when she doesn't hear anything, she can't help but feel alarmed. Shutting the door behind her, and carefully looking around the room. The open closet door catches her attention, so she wanders over to look inside. B-bundle...?]

...Nill? [Going to just, lightly lift a corner of the blanket up to look underneath.]

	[looks over at it when it's mentioned-- particularly how it was so open. but Helix had said it was only around the defense force... right? she shifts out from under there after a quick nod, carefully gathering up her blankets and heading over to the bed. she doesn't sit, not yet. she was worried and fussing with an edge of the blanket was much more calming.] (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

[She's usually more alert, and probably would have picked up on Cloud's entrance - except the imaginary opponent she's fighting has captured all her attention. It's the one she's seen in her dreams. A reoccurring nightmare. She sidesteps an intended blow, before slashing forward with her blade.]

[Except it doesn't matter, since her opponent's far stronger and faster than her. As she's always been. She jerks to a stop, staring at the blade underneath her neck, and for a moment she forgets that it's imaginary.]
