The 116th Day
Good morning, inmates. It is the 116th day of the third generation. Today will be sunny with some clouds.

It seems the lantern display went well last night. I am pleased so many of you enjoyed it.

Having given the matter due consideration, I have decided to amend the penalty for a second violation of the ban on unlicensed sexual relations. The physical barrier will still be permanent. However, as of today, the penalty will become subject to the inmate's conduct after a period of time to be determined by this system. The inmate's behavior and temperament will be evaluated to determine whether or not the barrier may allow day-to-day physical contact. Penalized inmates' vital signs will still be monitored, and the restoration of privileges can be revoked at the system's discretion.

Inmate Kohran Li, the item you requested is available by the entrance to Sector 0.

	I encourage inmates to coordinate events among themselves. If there is any equipment you require for the events, provide the system with a list and the items -- within reason -- can be obtained. Tactica Imperialis: First Edition, The Spheres of Longing, The epistles of Saint Sabbat, The Lectio Divinitatus, The Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer, and the Instrument of order. [The first book is a large-scale treatise on imperial military tactics, the second is a philosophy book by a well-known and notorious inquisitor, the third and fourth books are books of religious devotions from Gaunt's home universe, the Primer is a basic guide to life as an infantryman, and the Instrument of Order is a list of all possible offenses that Guard regiment can commit and their punishments.]

Ah... and I am given to understand there is alcohol provided here, I have some specific requests from my home, as well as a few kinds of food. May I request some specific items of this nature as well?

Not the footage of my trial, mind; but samplings of landscapes, landmarks, structures and fashions from... [ insert four specific dates here, representative of each season; location: Advanced European Union; year: 2311*. ] ... including of course the remarkable structure that is the Orbital Elevators.

(( OOC: * the date here being a year later, Ribbons would have practically destroyed the Elevators. ))
