["No point," she says, but she looks anyway. Find her anywhere public, chances are she'll peek her head in just for a few minutes. The only exception is the arcade, where she stops just short of the doors and walks away.

Eventually, she'll pop into the defense force building and check the dispatch board. Just not... yet.]

[Takes those directions! It's a little while before she shows up, feeling more than a little out of place on the doorstep -- "little house?" -- and the sullen set of her shoulders making her look as young as she is, for once.

Probably a good thing she left the sling at home, even if her coat has to be rolled up at the elbow to accommodate the cast. Knock-knock-knock on the door.]
