I guess here when you don't see someone for three days, they're gone for good, right? No point in looking.

["No point," she says, but she looks anyway. Find her anywhere public, chances are she'll peek her head in just for a few minutes. The only exception is the arcade, where she stops just short of the doors and walks away.

Eventually, she'll pop into the defense force building and check the dispatch board. Just not... yet.]

Oh, that's what I'll be doing! I can take over your shift, if you want.

I guess, if we're both on daytime dispatch, we should... maybe switch off days? Or cut the shifts in half or something?
