— 1 hr : Dress, ration pick up, breakfast
— 2 hr : Exercise
— 1 hr : Showers
— 1 hr : Meditation
— 1 hr : Lunch
— 5 hr : Physical inspections and working in laundry/yard/farm
— 5 hr : Dinner/Free period
— Lights out
