Starting Day 270 the wardens are offering some real prison flare—tattoos!

Unfortunately, they aren't really interested in having you get injured or infected by doing it with a needle and an ink pen or whatever the kids are doing these days. Instead, they are offering a high-tech method for applying either temporary or permanent tattoos. Robots are on hand to apply them, but you and other inmates are also welcome to use the equipment. There will be no pain, but it could be ticklish. Just imagine a dull pencil rolling lightly over your skin. Temporary tattoos will wash off easily with a provided solution, or with a little time and effort just using water, soap, and scrubbing. Permanent tattoos won't fade or degrade, but can be removed with a request and rehabilitation points.

Once the initial kick-off is over a tattoo shop will remain in Sector 4. It has been added to the locale.
