Welcome to the MarinaNova HMD! This is optional, but encouraged.

• List your characters for which you'd like feedback. We have a form below if you like forms!

• Leave your tactful and considered thoughts, questions, concerns, praise, suggestions, etc. for others.

We strongly encourage you to make this a dialogue. Find out what went into actions, decisions, and characterization and you may come to understand it better. Hopefully, you'll also be in the best position to clearly communicate your own concerns. Results will be more satisfactory for everyone if one person isn't on the offensive while the other is on the defensive.

Avoid leaving someone a wall of text. This can be intimidating even with the most careful of wording and best of intentions.

Don't gang up on someone. You may have a different way of wording something, but unless you have something new to contribute, consider letting it go if there are already others saying it.

Be constructive and considerate.

• Since there is no plotting meme during months with an HMD, please feel free to do that here too.

Comments: Damon is currently managing the Vampire Blood Shack in Sector 5. He's put on his big boy pants. It's quite the achievement considering he hasn't worked a day in his life since 1864... I really would love to have Damon build solid relationships with people outside of his canon and I need to work on tagging out more as well as posting more often in the comm. I tend to get dumb shy about making open posts, but it's a work in progress. Feel free to leave positive/negative feedback. Constructive criticism appreciated. I also have a HMD post in Damon's journal if you prefer to comment over there.

I want an open post for the Blood Shack and I want Elena to start bothering him there in general and for them to continue being dumb and for Damon to help her be a big strong in-control vamp and I've decided to use this gif in response to your #but wifey one until such time I find a better, sassier one:

BUT ENOUGH ABOUT ME -

I'm definitely interested in ~~stalking~~ Damon's relationships outside of his canon and I have noticed he's been doing that! I think him taking over the Blood Shack is a good move for what you want for him and also well-timed with everything that's happened. And you know if you ever make an open post, I'm there with Elena and her buttonfais.
